At Barstow Intermediate, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 16% over the 5-year window — from 29.3:1 in 2023 to 24.7:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 13.9:1 above in 2023 to 9.3:1 above in 2024.
