At Fortune, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 27% over the 5-year window — from 25.5:1 in 2020 to 18.5:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 10.1:1 above in 2020 to 3.1:1 above in 2024.
