What we're seeing
At Capitol Elementary, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 28% over the 5-year window — from 19.5:1 in 2019 to 14.0:1 in 2023. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 4.1:1 below in 2019 to 1.4:1 below in 2023.
