What we're seeing
At Pacific Drive, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 12% over the 5-year window — from 25.6:1 in 2020 to 22.5:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 10.2:1 above in 2020 to 7.1:1 above in 2024.
