What we're seeing
At THE PACE PROGRAM, chronic absenteeism has risen 61% over the 5-year window — from 64.8% in 2015 to 104.5% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 36.8% above in 2015 to 76.5% above in 2020.
