At Banner Elementary, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 6% over the 5-year window — from 16.6:1 in 2021 to 15.6:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 1.2:1 above in 2021 to 0.2:1 above in 2024.
