What we're seeing
At Grogan Elementary, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 21% over the 5-year window — from 18.2:1 in 2019 to 14.3:1 in 2023. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 2.8:1 below in 2019 to 1.1:1 below in 2023.
