What we're seeing
At Bellview Elementary, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 32% over the 5-year window — from 18.7:1 in 2019 to 12.8:1 in 2023. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 3.3:1 below in 2019 to 2.6:1 below in 2023.
