What we're seeing
At Lowell Elementary, the student:teacher ratio has risen 21% over the 5-year window — from 9.0:1 in 2020 to 10.9:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 6.4:1 below in 2020 to 4.5:1 below in 2024.
