Gateway Primary School - School Uniform Skip to content Home Gateway School asks all its pupils to wear a school uniform. We want children to be ready for active play and learning at all times. On P.E. days, children are asked to come in P.E. kit - for some, this will look very similar. The school uniform comprises: White or purple polo shirt or t-shirt. Black or dark grey bottoms - either trousers, joggers, shorts, culottes or a skirt near the knee. Purple sweatshirt, cardigan, hoodie or fleece with school logo for all year groups except Year 6. (Plain purple jumpers are also acceptable.) Year 6 pupils wear a black sweatshirt, hoodie, cardigan or fleece with school logo. Low-heeled, black shoes or trainers.
