The Judd School - Uniform Skip to content Home All items of clothing and equipment must be clearly named so that any found can be returned to the rightful owners. Long hair must be tied up when required for health and safety, for example, during practical lessons or PE. Head coverings worn for religious or cultural reasons are permitted, for example a hijab or patka. Other items worn for religious or cultural reasons (such as a kautuka or kara) should be agreed with the HoH/HoY, but where these are generally considered to be part of a person s religious practice or cultural identity they will likely be permitted.
