x C A V E N D I S H S C H O O L --> School Uniform A school uniform was introduced in Autumn 2008. A number of our students asked if they could wear a school uniform, so in the Spring 2008 term we asked our students to vote “For” or “Against” a school uniform - 89% of them voted “YES". Staff believe that since implementing the school uniform, those coming into school wearing the correct uniform are more focused, settle easier and are ready to start learning. It is the parent/carer’s responsibility to ensure their child is wearing the correct uniform every school day. Those students who are not in the correct uniform will be sent home to change into their uniform and return to school.
